5 Minutes ON The Clock

Each comic gets 5 minutes to win over the room. Make sure you start fast. At 2 minutes, the Bomb Rule takes effect!

The Bomb Rule

Survive & Thrive

If you survive the first 2 minutes, you get the full 5 minutes to finish strong. Once finished, the audience will rate your set. Your average score will go towards the nightly competition and the league standings!

Nightly & Season League Prizes

Prizes are awarded to the nightly winner and the comic who brings the most fans that night. The Don't Bomb Comedy League season champion receives a prize pack valued over $2,500 in prizes!

About The Don't Bomb Comedy League

What is the Don’t Bomb Comedy League?

The Don’t Bomb Comedy League is a high-energy, live stand-up comedy competition where comics battle it out on stage, and the audience decides their fate. It’s part comedy show and part sports league.

Every week, comedians take the stage for five minutes. But there’s a twist! If a comic bombs within the first two minutes, their set is cut off immediately. The mic goes silent. The lights and music kick in. And the audience gets to unleash fake squishy bombs at the stage target after the comic leaves the stage. Hit the target, and the crowd earns a huge discount on food and drinks!

If the comic survives those first two minutes, they earn the full five minutes to win over the room.

At the end of each show, one comic is crowned a Nightly Winner, earning bragging rights and a prize. But the real goal? Climb the standings and finish the season within the top 15 to qualify for the Don’t Bomb Comedy League Championships!

When Are The Shows?

During the season, shows happen every Tuesday night at 7:30 PM. Doors open at 7:00 PM for VIP tickets, 7:05 PM for gold tickets, and 7:10 PM for General Admission tickets, so you can grab drinks, find your seat, and get ready for the show!

Who Performs?

The league features a dynamic mix of comedians, from hungry amateurs testing new material to experienced pros sharpening their best sets. Everyone competes under the same rules. Everyone faces the same crowd. And everyone is one set away from either climbing the standings or bombing out!

How Do Comic Ratings Work?

After each set, the audience rates the comic from 1 to 5 using a digital voting system. Those scores are averaged to determine that comic’s rating for the night.

If a comic goes over their five-minute time limit, their average score is reduced. During the regular season, bombing within the first two minutes ends the set early. In the championship finals, there is no two-minute bomb rule.

Each comic’s top two performances count toward their position in the league standings.

What Is the League?

The Don’t Bomb Comedy League is a structured, standings-based competition that runs like a sports season. Comics accumulate ratings throughout the regular season. Standings are tracked weekly and posted HERE.

At the end of the season, the top 15 comics qualify for the championship finals, where one performer is crowned Don’t Bomb Comedy League Champion and wins over $2,000 in prizes.

How Many Weeks Are In The Regular Season?

Each regular season runs for 15 weeks. Comics must perform at least two times during the season to qualify for championship eligibility.

How Many Seasons Are There?

There are two 15-week seasons per year. Each season ends with a championship finals show, during which a new champion is crowned. Every season resets the standings, giving new comics a chance to rise and veterans a chance to defend their status.

What Are the Differences in Tickets?

General Admission tickets provide entry to the show at 6:30 PM, access to audience voting, and the chance to hit the target after each bomb (up to 3)

VIP tickets include premium seating near the stage, early 6:00 PM entry, and a FREE alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage. VIP guests are closer to the action and have the best view in the house.

Every ticket holder helps decide who survives… and who bombs!
